How do I set up Synchronization?

Choose the "Synchronization" section for your platform for specific instructions

I am having trouble syncing eWallet wirelessly (Wi-Fi).

Windows PC          Mac

I can't access the Mac eWallet Sync Settings.

First, be sure you have a wallet open on the Mac.  If you are still having trouble, click here.

I'm getting an ERROR message when opening or using eWallet.

- You can Search for the basic error text in our Support area 

- If the message starts with "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application",
or "Application does not support just-in-time (JIT) debugging": 

Go to our Support area, and search for the text you see AFTER
"************** Exception Text **************"
The relevant text to search for is often in the first or second line, after the colon (:)
