HOWTO: Sync ListPro lists between Windows and iPhone

Portal lists are automatically set up to synchronize, but custom lists are not. If sync seems to be working but your lists are not synchronizing to your phone, the most common reason is that synchronization hasn’t been enabled for that specific ListPro® file on your Windows PC.

To enable synchronization for a list file on your Windows PC:

  1. Open the ListPro file you want to synchronize to the iPhone
  2. Select Enable sync for this file from the Synchronize menu
  3. Synchronize with your iPhone

The file should now appear on your iPhone. Note that enabling synchronization for a file will allow you to synchronize every list in that file. You do not need to enable sync for every list within a ListPro list file.
