We have identified several devices that Keep Track will not synchronize with. These are the Motorola Q and Samsung Blackjack (SGH-i607). The issue is a configuration problem in the phone's system software that prevents ActiveSync from synchronizing to third-party software like Keep Track. We are currently working with Microsoft to try to resolve this.
If you have one of these two devices, you may not be able to sync Keep Track with it. Make sure you've tried these steps first.
