INFO: I sent an email but didn't get a response back!

Ilium Software will typically respond to emails within 2 business days (i.e Monday through Friday), but often sooner than that. If you don’t hear from us within that time, it’s possible that we replied but the email never came through to you.

Here are a few things you can check:

  • Make sure you have * whitelisted in your spam filter
  • Check your spam filter to see if the message ended up in there
  • Contact your email provider to see if they have a separate place for blocked emails that aren’t even delivered into a spam or junk folder

If you really have not received a reply, try using this form and supplying us with a contact email from a different email provider.
