FAQ: Why is Copy and Paste not working with eWallet?

We’ve had reports from users that Webroot SecureAnywhere may sometimes disable copy/paste functionality for database applications (like eWallet).
You can add eWallet to the list of programs overlooked by Webroot’s Identity Shield feature:
- Go to Webroot > Identity Protection Settings tab.
- Select “GEAR” on the Right.
- Now select Application Protection.
- Here, find the “ewallet.exe” program in list.
- Change the setting from “Deny” to “Protect”.
Changing the setting to “Protect” allows Copy and Paste to work, but still protects the eWallet app data from virus
intrusion.
