“System.Runtime.InteropServices.SEHException (0x80004005): External component has thrown an exception.”

When you see the above error message, make sure your security apps, like firewall and antivirus, are allowing eWallet to pass through.  This error generally indicates that the connection between the two devices is being terminated before the sync occurs, by something other than eWallet.
