eWallet® 8.3 on the Android, iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod touch), Mac, and Windows PC (desktop) platforms* includes a new wallet format (wallet version 13) that provides additional security, more storage per wallet, and better support for international characters in category names. To use the new wallet format on multiple computers/devices, you'll want to make sure that they are all upgraded to 8.3 (or higher) to allow sync to work properly. If for some reason you can't upgrade one of your devices to 8.3, then please contact us.
