eWallet may install into the Downloads folder on your BlackBerry. If it is not in Downloads, Applications, or somewhere on your Home screen - but it still shows up in the Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications list - your BlackBerry theme settings may be corrupted.
To fix them, go to Options -> Themes, then press the Menu button and pick "Reset Theme Defaults". This will erase any changes you have made to fonts and background images on your BlackBerry.
