Dockware's auto-start component can cause Letter Recognizer to have problem with two-stroke letters (i, accented letters, etc.)
If you would like to fix the problem, follow the steps below. Unfortunately these steps also disable the code that allows DockWare to start up on its own when the device is idle. You would need to manually activate DockWare after this.
1. Tap and hold on the screen, and choose Setup.
2. Uncheck "Automatically Start"
3. Go into the WindowsStartup directory (either using File Explorer or My Computer -> Mobile Device on desktop) and delete the shortcut called CWTimeOut.
4. Soft-reset the Pocket PC.
