FAQ: Where's the eWallet GO! version number?

The About eWallet GO! window will show you the current version number of your eWallet GO! installation.  To find this window on your particular platform, follow the instructions below:

Windows PC

Before you log into your wallet file:

Click the Information ( i ) button in the lower right-hand corner of the eWallet GO! log-in window.

Mac OS X

Before you log into your wallet file:

Click the “About eWallet GO!” ( i ) button in the lower right-hand corner of the eWallet log-in window.

OR

After you log into your wallet file, you can click:

eWallet GO! > About eWallet GO!

iOS (iPhone iPod Touch or iPad in compatibility mode)

After you log into your wallet file, tap the information ( i ) button in the lower right-hand corner of the eWallet GO! window.

Android

Before  OR  After you log into your wallet file:

Tap your Android device’s More (…) button and then tap the “About” ( i ) button

Windows Phone 7 or 8

Before you log into your wallet file:

Tap the information ( i ) button located above the keyboard.

OR

After you log into your wallet file:

Tap the More (…) button and then tap “Help”.  At the Help screen, swipe left or right to get to the “About” screen.
