I can’t get to the eWallet GO! Backup/Restore menu:

For Android devices that do not feature a traditional Menu button:

  1. Open the eWallet GO! app and enter your password to unlock your wallet. 
  2. From inside your wallet, try to  Tap&Hold  your “recent apps” button on the Android.  This should be the button to the Left of the “Home” button.  
  3. Now you should be able to select the More, and Backup and Restore options!
