ERROR: File Load Error while DockWare is displaying images

If DockWare (Free and Pro) cannot display an image because there is not enough memory or the file is corrupted, you will see the error message “File Load Error” and no picture will load.
One of the most common causes of this error is using images that are too large to fit into your PDA’s memory while DockWare is running, such as high-resolution images from digital cameras. Try re-sizing your images to a smaller size and re-load them onto your PDA.
