FAQ: Where do I start troubleshooting AutoPass?
AutoPass supports the following browsers:
And for AutoPass to work successfully on Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari, it requires that an appropriate extension be installed to your browser.
As browsers are updated it is not uncommon to see an error message like:
"The eWallet AutoPass extension is not installed or has been disabled. Click here to install it."
"You have a newer version of Firefox. Click here to see if there's a new version of the eWallet AutoPass Firefox extension available."
If AutoPass Stops Working:
In the event that your AutoPass extension stops working for your default browser, you should be able to uninstall and re-install the appropriate extension.
To uninstall the eWallet AutoPass extension from your Firefox browser, go to Firefox in the upper left corner, then choose Add-Ons. Under Extensions, find eWallet AutoPass in your list of extensions. Uninstall the eWallet AutoPass extension and restart Firefox.
Then use this link to re-download and re-install the AutoPass extension for your Firefox browser:
To uninstall the eWallet AutoPass extension from your Google Chrome, click the three-bar icon in the upper right corner of your browser, then go to Tools > Extensions. Mouse over eWallet AutoPass to reveal a trash can icon to the right of the extension's Enabled/Disabled checkbox. Click the trash can to remove the AutoPass extension.
Then right click and "Save As" this link to re-download the AutoPass extension for your Chrome browser:
Once you have this downloaded to your computer, you will need to manually drag this file into your Chrome extensions page. To do so:
To uninstall the eWallet AutoPass extension from Safari 5, click the gear icon in the upper right corner of your browser, then go to Preferences > Extensions. Select eWallet AutoPass from the list on the left and use the uninstall button to remove the extension.
