INFO: eWallet Viewer replaced by eWallet

By popular demand, the read-only eWallet Viewer application for Android was replaced with a full read/write version of our eWallet application. The Google Play (formerly Android Market) wouldn't let us give a new, paid app to existing users for free, so the new app is available as a separate download in the Android Market.
