FAQ: Why doesn't eWallet open my default browser on my Windows PC?

eWallet's AutoPass feature - enabled by default - supports Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari.

If you use a web browser that isn't supported, you will need to turn off AutoPass so eWallet will open it. Click the menu button to the left of the Home tab, then click Options, then Application, then choose "Disable AutoPass".
