INFO: Trials and Unlocking

  • All of Ilium Software's 30 day trial versions are completely functional, but will stop running 30 days after their installation.

    You will not lose any information you've entered in your trial, either by installing the unlocked versions of our software, or by unlocking the trials.

  • If you need a new unlock code for any of our programs you've purchased, please fill out this form.

  • To unlock a trial, choose About from the last menu in the program. On a Pocket PC or Smartphone, you'll need to be at the topmost level of the program, for example, the List Names in ListPro, the Channels List in NewsBreak, and the Cards List in eWallet. In an unregistered version, the About menu may instead say Register.

    When that window opens you will find a register button (or a register menu on a Smartphone). Select the register button or menu and you will then be able to enter the codes we sent you via email. Remember, each device has its own codes so be sure to enter the right codes into each device. Also, codes are case sensitive, so be sure to enter them exactly as shown.

  • Your trial unlock codes do not need to be the same as your Palm handheld user or HotSync id.
