The eWallet preferences files have to be deleted separately from the application. They won't harm your system if you do not delete them. If you do want to remove them, close eWallet, open /Users/YourUsername/Library/Preferences and drag the any com.iliumsoft.eWallet.* files to the trash.
Finally, you will need to delete the eWallet Container file separately as well. Like the preferences files, the container file will not harm your system if you do not delete it. But if you would like to remove it, open /Users/YourUsername/Library/Containers and delete the specific com.iliumsoft.eWallet.mac folder by dragging it to the trash.
