1. Open eWallet for Windows PC on your computer
2. Click Home -> Setup
3. If you do not see your current BlackBerry's PIN listed, click "Add", then "BlackBerry", then choose the PIN matching your BlackBerry.
   
4. If you do see your current BlackBerry's PIN listed, click on it and click "Edit", then choose the direction you want your wallet to sync.
5. Close the sync setup, and close eWallet
6. Open BlackBerry Desktop
7. Click Add-Ins (Help, I don't see Add-Ins or the eWallet Synchronizer!)
   
8. Place a checkmark next to the "eWallet Synchronizer"
9. Click "Sync" in the lower right to actually synchronize.

In the future, you can sync by going to Sync All in BlackBerry Desktop, or by going to Add-Ins and then clicking the Sync button in the lower right.

BlackBerry Desktop Manager 5 and older

1. Open eWallet for Windows PC on your computer
2. Click Home -> Setup
3. If you do not see your current BlackBerry's PIN listed, click "Add", then "BlackBerry", then choose the PIN matching your BlackBerry.
   
4. If you do see your current BlackBerry's PIN listed, click on it and click "Edit", then choose the direction you want your wallet to sync.
5. Close the sync setup, and close eWallet
6. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager
7. Click the Synchronize icon
8. Click "Add-Ins" at the left 
9. Place a checkmark next to "eWallet Synchronizer" (Help, I don't see Add-Ins or the eWallet Synchronizer!)
10. Return to the main Synchronize page and click the Synchronize button.

In the future, you can sync by going to Synchronize -> Synchronize button, or by configuring BlackBerry Desktop Manager to sync automatically when you plug in your BlackBerry.
