FAQ: Where did my eWallet desktop icon go on Windows PC?

eWallet 5.0 and newer no longer installs a shortcut icon onto your desktop PC. We made this change because of Windows Vista; Microsoft no longer recommends that software install icons to your desktop by default.
However, you can add an icon using these steps:
- Click your Start menu
- Click on "All Programs"
- Click on "Ilium Software"
- Click on "eWallet"
- Right-click the eWallet icon (the black wallet with a padlock), and choose "Send To" -> "Desktop (Create Shortcut)".
