eWallet 5.0 and later versions must be installed and registered as an administrative user on your Windows PC.
If you have Windows Windows 7 or Vista, you may need to specifically run the program as administrator even if you log in as a user with administrative privileges. To do that, right-click on the eWallet program shortcut, then pick "Run As Administrator".
