What gets synced to my Palm and how can I change it?

Initially, you're set up with one ListPro file (called My Lists.clf on your Windows PC) that syncs to your Palm device. You can change which file is synced using the Synchronization pick on the File menu on your Windows PC copy of ListPro, but can only sync one file. You can still create and use other ListPro files, but these will be for your Windows PC only.
