I sent an email but didn't get a response back!

Ilium Software will respond to emails within 2 business days (i.e Monday through Friday.) If you don't hear from us within that time, it's possible that we replied but the email never came through to you.

Here are a few things you can check:

  • Make sure you have *@iliumsoft.com whitelisted in your spam filter
  • Check your spam filter to see if the message ended up in there
  • Contact your email provider to see if they have a separate place for blocked emails that aren't even delivered into a spam or junk folder
