"I have switched to a new model mobile device; do I need to buy the software again?"

Depending on when you purchased our software in the past, and what models your old and new devices are, you will either get a free installation or you will need to pay.
 
Within 30 days of a purchase, you can get a free exchange to any of our supported platforms.
 
If you...
 
...purchase a replacement phone of the same model or with the same operating system:
 
You can simply re-download and install your software. If you don't have the registration information any more, we can send it to you.
 
...purchase an additional device or switch to a phone of a different model or operating system:
 
You may need to purchase an upgrade. If your new phone uses a different operating system than the previous one, you will need an add-on upgrade ($10.00) and possibly a desktop version upgrade as well. You can contact us and we'll let you know exactly what you will need to do (and possibly purchase.)
