Windows Mobile / Windows phones

There are two different platforms for Windows Mobile devices. In order for our software to run properly, you need to choose the correct platform. If you don't know what type of Windows Mobile device you own, read about them both below to find out. Note that starting with version 6.5, these devices are sometimes referred to as Windows phones.

Windows Mobile Professional/Classic Devices
(Also Called Pocket PCs)

These devices have a touchscreen and a stylus, with a Start menu in the upper-left corner. Compare your Today Screen to the image on the right and find out if this is your device type.

All of our programs are available for Professional and Classic devices, as well as the following touchscreen platforms:

• Windows phones (Windows Mobile 6.5)
• Windows Mobile 6.1
  
• Windows Mobile 6.0
  
• Windows Mobile 5.0

DockWare and DockWare Pro also work on all Windows Mobile 2002 touchscreen devices.

To find out what version your device is running, go to:
Start -> Settings -> The System tab -> About

Windows Mobile Standard Devices
(Also Called Smartphones)

These are non-touchscreen devices, and they have a Start button in the lower-left corner. Compare your Today Screen to the image on the right and find out if this is your device type.

All of our programs are available for Standard devices, as well as the following non-touchscreen platforms:

• Windows phones (Windows Mobile 6.5)
• Windows Mobile 6.1
  
• Windows Mobile 6.0
  
• Windows Mobile 5.0

DockWare and DockWare Pro also work on all Windows Mobile 2003 non-touchscreen devices.

Palm OS Handhelds

Not sure if you're device is a Palm OS Handheld? Compare your Home Screen to the image on the right to find out.

The following programs are available for Palm OS 4.0 or higher:

• ListPro
• DockWare and DockWare Pro
• Count Six
• Tipster

To find out what Palm OS version you're running:

1. Touch the Home icon or button on your Palm
2. Touch the Menu icon or button
3. Under App, tap Info
4. Tap the Version button at the bottom of the screen
5. The OS version will be located near the top

BlackBerry

Not sure if your device is a BlackBerry? If it is, you should see the word "BlackBerry" somewhere on the front of the device itself, similar to the image on the right.

iPhone / iPad / iPod touch / Mac

Windows PCs and Tablet PCs

By Windows PC, we mean:

• Any desktop, laptop, notebook or Tablet PC running a supported Windows operating system
• Microsoft Windows running under virtual machine or emulation software on a Macintosh or Linux PC

eWallet, ListPro, and Keep Track are available for the following Windows PC platforms:

• Windows 7
• Windows Vista
• Windows XP

Other Handhelds

Currently, we do not have software for Symbian (including Sony-Ericsson and Nokia) operating systems.
