Important: If you use Windows XP Service Pack 2, you may need to do the following if you get an "Action Cancelled" or other error when you try to view the Quick Tours:

1. Click Save (IE) or Okay (Firefox) when you're asked to Save the file or Cancel the download
2. Right-click on the file you saved
3. Choose 'Properties' from the context menu
4. Click the 'Unblock' button in the 'General' tab of the Properties window
