By checking the 'I Agree' checkbox on the signup form, you are agreeing to the following:
- You will not share information about, screenshots of, or copies of the software that we provide you with to any other party for any reason.
- You will never distribute copies of this software, even if the beta-version software is a trial version, at any time now or in the future.
- Any registration codes you receive will be used by you and you alone and never shared or distributed.
- You will destroy any copies or backups of this beta-version software once the full version is released or as directed by Ilium Software.
- You will do your best to provide us with constructive feedback on the software including both problems you encounter and things that you like.
- You release Ilium Software from any liability for damages resulting from the installation, use, or removal of the beta-version software.
By accepting you also receive the following:
- Priority consideration for future Ilium Software beta-testing projects.
- A free copy of the final version of the software you tested.
- Our heartfelt thanks and a hearty clap on the back should we ever meet you in person.
Beta Program Disclaimer
If you are chosen as a beta tester, you acknowledge and accept that you are using a beta application, and that although we
believe it's unlikely, it's possible your data could become corrupted or deleted. Ilium Software makes no warranty
concerning beta applications, and Ilium Software shall not be responsible for any special, consequential, incidental
or other damages resulting from the use of any of our beta programs.
