If you bought any of our products directly from us, either using our Shopping Cart or our Special Order Form, or from Handango, PalmGear.com or PocketGear.com, we should already have a record of your purchase.
If you bought any of our products from a retail store, you will need to include the CD Serial Number, as well as the name of the store where you originally bought the CD to get registration codes from us.
If you bought any of our products from Amazon.com, you will need to email us either your Amazon.com email confirmation, or a screenshot or the contents of a copy of the order information from your Amazon.com My Account page.
If you got your software included with your
Compaq iPAQ, we can not send you codes to unlock
new versions of our programs. You can, however,
get upgrades to the newer versions for a special discounted price.

to get your discount, and please include your iPAQ Serial Number with your order.
