Adding Versions and Upgrading
Registered purchasers of any of our products can add versions for another device, or for a Windows PC (desktop or notebook) at any time for the low price of just US$10.00. For example, if you have a copy of eWallet on a Pocket PC, and you want to add a version for your new Palm OS Handheld, or for your Windows PC, it will be just $10.00. You can also buy an upgrade to any program you own for this same low price.
Use the Special Order Form and check the Add or Upgrade box to get your discount.

Buying Multiple Copies or Versions
Adding another copy of any of our programs for a different device (but for your own use) is just US$10.00. For example, if you buy ListPro for your Pocket PC and Palm OS Handheld, you'll be charged just $10.00 for the second copy.
Any of our Professional Editions include both a PDA copy and a Windows copy of the same program. If you want any of our Professional Editions, or a single copy of any of our programs, just choose the Buy Now pick from any of our product pages, or select your products from our complete catalog.
If you want any other combinations, please use our Special Order Form to get the correct price.

We're always happy to take your order by phone. Our phone hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. eastern time weekdays. Our helpful salespeople will be able to answer any questions and get your software download and unlock information to you right away. You can also order a backup installation CD to be mailed to you. Gifts and Gift Certificates
- Buying Our Products as Gifts: You can buy any of our products as a gift for the Pocket PC, Palm or Windows PC user on your list. Just include that it's a gift in the Notes area of our Online Store or Special Order Form, and we'll be sure the receipt is separate from the CD (or not ship a receipt at all if you request). And we're always available to help with exchanges or returns if it's necessary.
- Buying Gift Certificates: You can buy Gift Certificates for our software in any amount. They're a perfect gift for any handheld or Windows user! You can order a Gift Certificate at any time using our Special Order Form. Or, just give us a call.
- Using Gift Certificates: If you have an Ilium Software Gift Certificate, you can redeem it for any of our products using either our Special Order Form or just giving us a call. If you use the Special Order Form, you can put in your Gift Certificate Number in the credit card field, and use any expiration date and card type.
Using PayPal or Paying by Check
To pay for your purchase using PayPal, just use our Direct Online Store and select PayPal as your payment option.
If you want to pay with PayPal, and your order is eligible for a discount, needs any special handling, or if you had any problems with our shopping cart, you can order through our Special Order Form and check the Pay With PayPal option. We'll send you an email with the payment address and amount, and then send you your software as soon as we get the payment.
We can accept U.S. money orders and checks from U.S. banks only. Please
contact us to order software to
be paid by check or money order.
Authorized Resellers
We have many authorized resellers of our software online, including Handango, PocketGear, Astraware, PalmGear, MobiHand and others. If you're not sure if someone is an authorized reseller, please ask us; we're happy to answer.
We do not sell any of our products on CD, except through our own direct Online Store. If you've bought eWallet or ListPro on any other CD, including one published by Greenmaple, we can not provide any technical support or upgrades. These are illegal and unauthorized versions of our programs, being sold without our permission and for full price.
If you've bought one of them recently, we strongly urge you to return
the CD to the store you got it from and get a full refund. We will
be happy to write to any store and explain that these CDs are pirated
versions of our property and not authorized to be sold.
