Upgrades to the same product for purchases made through Apple's App Stores are free on those stores.

Registered purchasers of any of our other products can add versions for another device or for a Windows PC at any time for the low price of just US$10.00. For example, if you have a copy of Keep Track on your device, and you want to add a version for your Windows PC, it will be $10.00.

Gifts and Gift Certificates
- Buying Gift Certificates: You can buy Gift Certificates for our software in any amount. They're a perfect gift for any handheld or Windows user! You can order a Gift Certificate at any time using our Special Order Form. Or, just send us an email.
- Using Gift Certificates: If you have an Ilium Software Gift Certificate, you can redeem it for any of our products using either our Special Order Form. Put in your Gift Certificate Number in the credit card field, and use any expiration date and card type.
Using PayPal
To pay for your purchase using PayPal, use our Online Store and select PayPal as your payment option.
If you want to pay with PayPal, and your order is eligible for a discount, or if you had any problems with our shopping cart, you can order through our Special Order Form and check the Pay With PayPal option. We'll send you an email with the payment address and amount, and then send you your software as soon as we get the payment.
Authorized Resellers
We have many authorized resellers of our software online, including the Apple App Store, Handango, PocketGear, MobiHand and others. If you're not sure if someone is an authorized reseller, please ask us; we're happy to answer.
We do not sell any of our products on CD. If you've bought eWallet or ListPro on any other CD, including one published by Greenmaple, we can not provide any technical support or upgrades. These are illegal and unauthorized versions of our programs, being sold without our permission and for full price.
If you've bought one of them recently, we strongly urge you to return
the CD to the store you got it from and get a full refund. We will
be happy to write to any store and explain that these CDs are pirated
versions of our property and not authorized to be sold.
